We currently offer several villa types , ranging from 1 bedroom to 3 bedrooms. Some villas can be connected and offer up to 6 bedrooms. Each villa has its own private pool. Rates may vary depending on season, promotions, and availability.

How do I book a Bebas Villa?

You can book directly through our website (“Book Your Stay”) or via external travel platforms. Direct booking often ensures the best rates and special offers.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in: From 3:00 PM
Check-out: Until 11:00 AM

Early check-in or late check-out may be possible upon request and subject to villa availability.

What amenities and services are included?

Yes. Bebas Villas offers a dedicated reception and guest services team available daily from 8:00 AM until 9:00 PM.

Is the property staffed and secure?

Absolutely. Guest safety and comfort are our priority.

Reception and guest services: 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM daily
Security team: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
CCTV monitoring in common areas
Secure property access
On-call emergency assistance outside reception hours

Even after reception closes, our overnight security team remains on-site and available to assist guests when needed.

Where is Bebas Villas located and how far are nearby attractions?

We are in Bingin, Uluwatu, Bali (in the Bukit / “Peninsula” region).
The property is about a 12-minute walk to Bingin Beach
Close to restaurants, surf breaks, and Bali’s southern attractions.
Distance from Ngurah Rai International Airport: ~9.3 mi (≈ 15 km)

Smoking: Not permitted inside the villas.
Events / parties: Not allowed. (except written approval by the management)
Noise and loud music are forbidden after 10PM to ensure the peace of our guests

Are pets allowed?

Unfortunately, we do not allow pets at Bebas Villas.

The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the villas are architecturally gorgeous, well-designed, and ours featured a private pool. Note that there is a construction site nearby for new villas, but we personally hardly noticed it since we were out during the daytime. It’s right in the Bingin area, making it super easy to get around to all the local spots, yet totally peaceful and private once you walk through the doors. The villa is fully stocked with everything you need. A massive shoutout to the staff who were incredibly helpful, always accommodating, and just magically one step ahead of things. We even extended our stay! Can't wait to come back. It's a perfect spot for friends, couples, or solo travelers. 10/10.
